Summary
fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor at the Devonshire Arms, Pilsley.
You will receive discretionary tips that can increase your hourly rate by up to £1.15 on average. A full time employee will receive around £2,392 per year in tips alone.
Working in a busy 4 AA Star, Inn that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will lead the team in serving our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and become knowledgeable of our menus.
Your duties will be varied and will include food and bar service (bar service only if you are over 18), leading shifts, clearing tables, cleaning the restaurant, assisting at events and offering a level of service that is second to none. You will be part of a tightknit, friendly team that is very hands on. The role will give the successful candidate great, wide ranging experience in the hospitality business.

Any formal qualifications such as an apprenticeship or an NVQ would be advantageous.
