Summary
Job Title: Designated Safeguarding Lead

Grade/Scale: Grade 10 Points 20 – 23 Salary £33,034 to £36,239
Start date: 1 July 2024 or by agreement
Contract: 37 hours per week, fixed term for one year

Under the guidance of the Esteem MAT's Executive Headteacher and Head of School, you'll find a collaborative and supportive environment. While experience within a school setting is a plus, it's not essential – we're committed to developing expertise within our team. This position is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
