- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data
- Create reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity
- Assist in the development of data models and algorithms for predictive analytics
- Customer relationship management, Standard process problem solving.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Familiarity with database design principles and experience working with server-based databases
- Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, R, Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and insights
