Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our sales team part time between 10 to 25 hours per week (5 hours shift per day). As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating leads. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales and have excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce and promote our services
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions on Microsoft excel sheet
- Send Email marketing campaigns to potential customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
