Summary

You will provide comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative support within the Admin Department spanning three sites within the Forensic Service.

You will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment and should be flexible and adaptable whilst having the ability to prioritise work and use your initiative in order to make sound judgements. You will be responsible for developing administration systems for the service and providing day to day administrative support to the service, within the context of a ‘paper light’ office. The post requires the ability to liaise effectively with a broad range of professions and service users and to maintain client confidentiality.

The role requires knowledge and experience of RiO, Reporting services & PowerBi and how they relate to the teams’ Key Performance Targets.

1. To communicate effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds. Dealing sensitively and tactfully with clients and their parents/carers in person, or on the telephone.
