Summary
Overview:
We are seeking creative, dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join the team at Boath House.
As part of our friendly Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service in the restaurant, cafe, within the hotel and for events.
key duties:
- Greet all guests in a friendly and helpful way
- Be proactive ensure guests are served quickly and efficiently
- Be interested and knowledgable about menus, wines and all services offered
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns immediately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
