Summary

WR Fundraising Recruitment are on the lookout for someone excited about corporate fundraising, to join CRASH, helping homelessness and hospice charities with all aspects of their construction challenges. You will be involved in account managing some very prominent industry brands.

This role calls for a Corporate Fundraising Manager, to direct and develop the corporate fundraising at CRASH. This is a pivotal role for the team and you will be uniting the construction industry in its support for the charity. You will be account managing large, exciting companies, whilst also developing new business leads within the property/construction industry, and convert them into Corporate Patron Companies of the charity.

Although your main focus will be raising donations – your role entails so much more than that, the team want you to let your creativity and experience shine through, to create a positive change to help people who are homeless and children and adults when they need hospice care. You will have the exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic team. We are looking for someone with a real passion for corporate fundraising and work together to achieve the organisation’s goals.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Planning, developing, implementing the corporate fundraising strategy
• Supporting new and existing Corporate Patron Companies
• Developing and increasing the charity’s income through corporate donations
• Working with the team to support strategic partnerships
• Seeking new business leads and stewarding the existing companies within the construction industry Directing and developing the corporate fundraising for the charity
• Managing the Charity Fundraising Assistant

The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have demonstrable experience within corporate fundraising
• Be experienced with strategies and implementing them within a charity
• Have a real passion for corporate fundraising and want to grow within a team
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects
• Focus on solutions, being innovative and creative to overcome challenges
