This role involves providing assistance to our Guest House located in Windsor town centre, featuring 4 bedrooms.
You will be tasked with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness with exceptional attention to detail. Flexible working times can be arranged to tie in with business requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Thorough cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms
Ensuring all surfaces, floors, and furniture are maintained to impeccable standards.
Presenting the house immaculately and guest-ready at all times.
Cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, and some exterior areas.
Making beds and changing bed linen.
Handling laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and ironing.
Vacuuming and mopping floors.
Tidying and organising to a high standard.
Dusting and polishing fixtures and fittings.
Interior window cleaning.
Exterior window cleaning for ground floor only.
Emptying bins.
Cleaning mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintaining cleanliness in common such as hallways/landings.
Adhering to established cleaning procedures.
Reporting any necessary maintenance or repairs.
Requirements:
Submission of invoices.
Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning products and safe usage.
Flexibility to accommodate other commitments.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
