Summary
To be a part of a international brand company coordinating between various branches and production units . To Liaises with other managers to plan overall production activity on daily and weekly requirements. To estimate the demand surge on occasions and deliver the production required on daily basis on timely and smooth manner. All the produces are to the sets standards and to oversea these quality standards including the and estimates timescales and costs;
Manage production to ensure that orders are completed to an agreed date and conform to customer and other requirements; He monitors production and production costs and undertakes or arranges for the preparation of reports and records; oversees supervision of the production line and its staff, ensures targets are met the budget and the costing projected and adhered to. He also maintains the statutory and legal requirements and develops and maintains the process and procedures in maintaining strict standards.
