Summary
Manpower is recruiting Ward Beverage Assistants on behalf of our public sector client.
Location: Bridgend
Job type: Temporary, duration ongoing
Hours: Full flexibility is required, you will be required to work any day of the week including bank holidays as per the rota. Shift times are 7.00 am - 1.30 pm and 1.30 pm - 7.00 pm

The role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ward Beverage Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving tea and coffee to patients and visitors, ensuring that they receive prompt and courteous service. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the overall patient experience and contributing to their comfort during their stay with us.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee to patients and visitors according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage preparation area.
- Stock and replenish beverage supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Manpower can support with this.
