An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and ambitious Personal Assistant to work with the Divisional Director and Divisional Manager for the Medicine Division.

This is a critical Personal Assistant Post, and the post holder is a core member of the Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a Personal Assistant role.



The role requires excellent secretarial, administrative and communication skills, diary management, email management, use of all Microsoft Office packages; the ability to assess situations, prioritise incoming information and address issues appropriately, and escalate where necessary.

The post holder will be working closely with other members of the Divisional Management Team, and wider corporate team and must be able to manage a complex and demanding workload.

Excellent people management and organisation skills are essential including the ability to build strong multi-disciplinary working relationships with senior clinical and management colleagues. You will be able to work on your own initiative, maintain confidentiality and be a team place.
