Summary


This is a hybrid working role providing Business Support and compliance to the Intelligent Automation Team delivering Robotic Process Automation across the Organisation.

We are looking for an organised, attention to detail focused person who can build and maintain vital working relationships and interact across the Organisation to represent the IA programme.

With a significant programme of work we require someone who is flexible to provide support to all aspects of our day to day business requirements, arranging and minuting meetings, preparing high light reports, contributing to development of our standards and compliance with governance and security requirements.

The postholder will have a vital role in supporting the management of change, both planned and unplanned tasks required of the programme.

The role will also require someone who understands the impact data can have and can provide and present an invaluable benefits realisation analysis for the return of investment against the programme. This will involve identifying and collecting verifiable data before, during and post development of automations and presenting this data clearly.
• Support the team with the effective operation of day to day business including planning, arranging, attending and minuting regular meetings include programme meetings, team meetings providing the required support to ensure services are delivered efficiently and our clients receive a seamless service.
• Be a conduit for notification and management of planned and unplanned changes to systems or processes that might impact on the programme delivery/efficacy.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail identifying compliance with overarching policies and guidance.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of the programme across both Business Analysis analysis and development teams by helping to ensure that the requirements of our governance and security protocols are met and benefits realisation is captured and verifiable against the performance of the programme.
• This is a key role within the service and the job requires a high degree of flexibility. The post holder is expected to liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and external organisations dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
