Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Nurse to work within our Haemophilia Specialist Nursing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time when our services are developing rapidly!
The role is varied, and involves coordinating and caring for both adult and paediatric patients that will work with us lifelong. You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team that includes Clinicians, Physios, and Pharmacists in a regional comprehensive care centre. You will have excellent skills in communication and time-management, and be able to work under pressure.
You will have the ability to work well in a team alongside clinical nurse specialists and specialist support nurses and be an autonomous practitioner with your own caseload. Candidates with a background and interest in haematology and haemophilia would be welcome to apply for this exciting post.
You will be responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused care
Responsible for assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care programmes; and
Responsible for providing specialist advice and support to, and liaising with, other staff.
