Summary

We are expanding our team in Lincolnshire and looking for a part time Support Worker/Care assistant in the Boston area.

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care and support, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with our wider community. This is more than just a job – you’ll be helping the individuals we care for gain independence and live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives.

This will be to support children and adults with independence skills and in home support. There may also be personal care involved with this role.

Pay to be discussed upon interview.

25 hours per week to include evening's and one weekend in three on a rota basis.

You may be required to undertake any training that is considered necessary and appropriate to your role.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a genuine interest in supporting people. You should be able to provide high quality care and support as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
You need to be able to use your initiative and assist with achieving personal goals and promoting daily independence.
You should be hardworking, reliable, honest, and patient and be truly committed to the role.
Experience in a caring role is desirable but not essential.
