Join our team as a Laptop Assetor at our Runcorn facility and play a crucial role in our operations!
As a Laptop Assetor, you'll be responsible for handling laptops and their components, ensuring they are processed securely and efficiently for destruction, repair, refurbishment, or reuse.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and inspecting goods and supplies
Checking for damaged or missing items
Asseting materials to production lines according to standards
Sanitising data-bearing items to company standards
Inputting accurate stock data into our computerised system
Maintaining meticulous records and conducting stock counts as required
Keeping paperwork up to date
Safely handling product manoeuvring in line with manual handling procedures
Operating in compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Handling hazardous materials appropriately
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness for operational efficiency
Providing recommendations for efficiency improvements.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in team environments and strong communication skills
Methodical work ethic, numeracy, and IT proficiency
Ability to plan, organise, and complete tasks accurately
Understanding of health and safety protocols
Flexibility in handling various duties and tasks
