Are you the right person for the job?

• 1-2 years' experience in IT support
• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Experience navigating the Office 365 Admin Centre
• Strong grasp of Windows environments
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Advantageous Experience:

• Familiarity with AutoTask PSA and RMM Systems
• Knowledge of ESET Products and Services
• Exposure to Cloud IP Phone Systems
• Experience with WatchGuard and Draytek

What will your role look like?

• Deliver 1st/2nd line IT support to valued clients, both onsite and remotely
• Dive into technical issues, troubleshooting and diagnosing with finesse
• Set up and deploy PCs, laptops, and mobile devices efficiently
• Identify, investigate, and implement solutions for IT problems
• Maintain and install IT systems, hardware, and software with precision
• Keep a vigilant eye on system performance and security
• Offer expert technical advice and guidance to a diverse clientele
