BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for that someone that can offer personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.
- You will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests
- Can pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area
- Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas
- Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries
- Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables)
- Experience of working with Micros and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems
- Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Bar experience.
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
- High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Flexibility with shift times/availability.
