Retail Sales Advisor - Part time
The Best E Cigarette is an Electronic Cigarette retail store that has been around since E Cigarettes first entered the smoking scene in the UK. We have established a strong customer base over the years and distribute our products all over the UK. Our success comes from our outstanding team, their product knowledge and their commitment to ensure that every customer gets a personalised service. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor who can work flexible hours and is able to work well in a team to help us continue to grow and offer the best possible experience for our customers.
What we want from you:
You will be passionate, friendly, enthusiastic and personable
An excellent communicator who is willing to go above & beyond to provide sound & informed advice to new & existing customers.
At least one year’s retail experience.
You will be a strong team player.
Must be flexible over seven days, any time between 8:45am - 5:45pm on any day of the week.
Having an understanding of E-Cigarettes is advantageous but not essential, although it would help to guide the customer through their vaping journey from new starters to advanced users.
IT literate candidate with the ability to adapt to bespoke systems & utilise their functions confidently & accurately.

Duties:
Representing the business in a friendly and respectable manner.
Serving and helping customers.
Opening and closing the Shop.
Cashing up.
Stock take.
Stock rotation.
Stock room organisation.
Providing product info, promotion, and pricing information for customers.
Friendly, polite and helpful customer service.
Responding to customer inquiries through telephone, email and social media.
Processing and packing online orders.
Compiling lists for product orders.
Offering ideas for new products and other business opportunities.
Experience:
The Retail Sales Advisor MUST be flexible as they will be required to work most weekends, plus additional days in the week if cover is required for sickness and holidays. E-cigarette knowledge is not essential, however, due to the fast-paced nature of this role it could help to guide the customer through their vaping journey from new starters to advanced users. Full training will be given though.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the drive to bring a positive attitude to work every day so that customers are treated to a friendly experience whilst in the shop.
Knowledge of Epos till systems is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. However, the applicant MUST be a minimum of 18 years old.
