Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tenancy Officer. As a Tenancy Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our extensive portfolio of properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our rental properties and providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end tenancy process, including sourcing new tenants, conducting property viewings, and finalizing lease agreements
Conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants, including credit and reference checks, to ensure suitability
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within budget
Respond promptly and efficiently to all tenant inquiries, providing clear and concise communication
Monitor and collect rental payments, ensuring all tenants are up to date with their obligations
Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or maintenance requirements, and arrange necessary repairs or improvements
Resolve tenant disputes and complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner, aiming to achieve positive outcomes for all parties involved
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in property management or a related role
Strong knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
