Summary

We’re looking for an experienced individual to join our Philanthropy & Partnerships team as Senior Stewardship and Events Officer. You will join us working 31.5 hours per week on a permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £34,376.31 per annum plus excellent benefits.

This role sits in our brand-new Philanthropy and Partnership’s Prospect Research and Engagement team. This team will be responsible for ensuring direct fundraisers are equipped to make compelling asks and steward donors. This role will help drive growth and sustainability of high value giving by creating a donor stewardship strategy and delivery framework that provides a range of relevant, impactful and high-quality stewardship communications, events and other meaningful opportunities that build loyalty and connection with Cats Protection. As part of this the role will deliver large-scale special events as well as develop and deliver a programme of bespoke private events that help encourage greater levels of support and long-term relationships.

What we’re looking for in our Senior Stewardship & Events Officer:


Extensive experience of high value fundraising event creation and management and associated evaluation
Experience of high value donor stewardship and relationship development
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and inclination to work collaboratively
Creative thinker with scrupulous attention to detail
