We are recruiting for a full time Administrator to join our friendly team at SWRAC.

We believe this role would be suitable for someone who wishes to develop further and who is perhaps looking at doing an apprenticeship.

We are a friendly organisation so you must works well with other people, enjoys cake and have a good sense of humour!

Job Description

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling and organising documentation for meetings in a timely manner.

- Liaising via phone, email and in person with local authorities, learners, parents/carers and other professional organisations.

- Accurately inputting and maintaining the data on our management information system.

- Performing general administrative duties.

- Working with other departments and centres to assist with administrative duties as and when required.

Location: Merley House, Merley House Lane, Wimborne BH21 3AA. You will be expected to occasionally work from our other centres when required.

Experience:

We believe this role would be suitable for someone who is willing to take on a programme of training and development to progress further. This role is suitable for someone who is perhaps looking at doing an apprenticeship.

No previous experience is necessary although basic IT skills is desirable and a willingness to learn whilst working with a friendly team is a must!
