Summary
Great opportunity to work as a Factory Operative for one of the largest privately-owned food companies in the world.
Staffline is recruiting for a Factory Operative to work in Bury, St Edmunds.
The rate of pay is from £14.15 to £19.47 per hour.
The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
Fixed night shifts are also available. The hours of work are:
- 10pm to 6am
You will work these shifts on a weekly rotating basis.
Your Time at Work
As a Factory Operative at this site you will:
- Work on a fast-paced automated production line packing food items into containers
- Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed to ensure the quality, safety, and legality of the products
- Label boxes and ensure all food packaging meets the standards of the site
- Ensure that all food products are of a high standard and quality before being delivered to customers
- You will also help to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the site.

Our perfect Factory Operative has a flexible approach to work and can work in a quick yet efficient manner.
You'll have excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
No previous experience is necessary as a Factory Operative/Production Operative as full training will be provided.
