JOB DESCRIPTION
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a twenty-nine year old lady living in the area of Tonyrefail with my family. I enjoy films, shows and going to the cinema. I like playing board games but sometimes I do cheat! So you may need to keep a close eye on me. I enjoy shopping too.
PURPOSE OF JOB
I am looking for a PA to accompany me with social activities.
PLACE OF WORK
In and around the area of RCT
HOURS OF WORK
3 hours a week, usually on a Monday.
RATE OF PAY
£11.75 per hour plus mileage where applicable
TASKS INVOLVED
· Going shopping with me
· Playing board games
· Watching movies or going to the cinema
· Some personal help may be needed but not very often though
· Going out for walks locally
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
· Driver and access to a vehicle is essential as you will be using your car to take me out
· Someone who has similar interests
· Someone who has a fun outlook on life
· Someone who is friendly and social
· Someone who is willing to learn about my needs and abilities
ABOUT THE JOB
Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid 4-weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You may be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.
