We are looking to recruit dynamic and forward-thinking individuals to take on an exciting Pharmacy IT Project Team primarily based at our Broomfield site with the intention to deliver the Deployment Project alongside the team.

You must be an excellent communicator who works well independently and as part of a close team.

The MSE EPMA System is now established across sites however this is always evolving and over the next year there will be the opportunity to deliver the EPMA solution to Broomfield. This is an exciting time to work at our Trust with an extensive digital programme underway that will transform digital systems across our organisation.

This is an excellent chance to learn and develop knowledge of our systems, services and where it fits in with other clinical applications.

The main focus of the post-holder will be to support assist and drive the delivery of the Broomfield EPMA Deployment.

the post holder will need to:

Assist in devising and driving creative marketing and relations with all team to increase adoption and engagement.

Assist in the creation, delivery and monitoring of all training for the broomfield in preparation of deployment

Assist in the devising, updating and communicating project plans

You will work closely with pharmacy staff, nursing staff, theatre staff, ePMA IT team, Pharmacy project lead, Project manager, Clinical Lead Pharmacist in support of the implementation of the ePMA project at the Broomfield site. The project support officer will provide general administrative support including minute taking. Support stakeholder communications and engagement. Produce reports on progress for internal and external use. The post holder will also be required to facilitate training of clinical staff on how to use the ePMA (electronic prescribing, medicines, and administration system). Alongside this they will be expected to provide on-the-ground troubleshooting for clinical staff during the go-live period
