Summary
Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Saint Helens
Shifts: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday OR 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £11.50-£15 p/h (depending on shifts. roles and experience)
***Full time & part time production operative roles available with immediate start***
Pay Structure
- Production Operative Mornings (Monday-Friday 6am-2pm): £11.50 per hour (up to 37.5 hours); £13 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to £12.65/hour after 12 weeks.
- Production Operative Afternoons(Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm): £12.15 per hour (up to 37.5 hours); £13 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to £13.30/hour after 12 weeks.
- Production Operative Nights(Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am): £13.50 per hour (up to 37.5 hours); £15 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to £14.65/hour after 12 weeks.
Production Operative Role & Responsibilities;
- Packing Hygiene products such as napkins, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, erc... to the required standards
- Quality checking
- Palletizing, wrapping finished goods
- Labelling
- Responsible for a part of production process
- Compliance with all policies and procedures
- Ensuring production is completed to the highest standards
The Successful Candidate;
The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hard working. This is a long term opportunity in a role offering great job security as part of a stable team. Previous production, factory, warehouse or packing experience are required for this role.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of napkins, toiled and kitchen rolls and are looking for candidates to work in their production and warehouse departments. This role will be ongoing and can lead to a permanent contract for the right candidates. The company offer a lot of pregressive positions and a fixed shift Monday to Friday.
