Summary

Position: Band 7 Advanced Occupational Therapist - ITU
Location: London Bridge
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an Advanced Occupational Therapist to join our client's esteemed Occupational Therapy Team at a renowned private healthcare facility in London Bridge. This facility, part of a leading healthcare group, boasts excellence in specialist cancer treatments, robotic surgeries, and stem cell transplantation.

As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will deliver exceptional Occupational Therapy Services, managing a caseload of clients with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments, participating in service planning and development, and implementing treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team. Additionally, you will provide leadership and support to junior staff members through supervision and appraisal.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within an ITU setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to meet departmental and service requirements
• Continuous professional development in Neurology, Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, or ITU
• Experience in delivering teaching to colleagues
