How You Can Flourish in This Role:

As the Senior Lifeguard at Sidmouth Swimming Pool, you'll have a significant impact on the operation and atmosphere of our
facility. Your role encompasses overseeing the lifeguard team, managing recruitment, training, and compliance, ensuring safety
standards are upheld, enhancing customer experiences, and assisting with facility maintenance and customer service. This position
also offers growth opportunities, including relief duty management responsibilities. With a proactive mindset, a willingness to
work occasional non-standard hours, and competent IT skills, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our facility and contribute to
fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for our community members.




What You Will Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Possessing a current R.L.S.S.
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or the ability to attain it through provided free training, along with a minimum of 1 year
of experience in the leisure industry, you'll be well-equipped to excel in this position. While a First Aid Certificate and
previous supervisory experience are desirable, your enthusiasm, dedication, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
