Nestled in the Garden of England with easy access to London, KMPT operates across33 locations, where a mix of rural, coastal and urban housing is available within Kent. What you'll be responsible for: You will be involved in providing a high level of safe and effective care. Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines. Liaise with the multidisciplinary team. Provide mentorship and support to others. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
