Invoice and Data Administrator




£25,000 per annum + bonus scheme to earn up to an additional £3,000 on top of your annual salary.




9am-5pm Monday-Friday




Halo ARC Head Office (Bognor Regis)




You must be able to demonstrate flexibility on working hours during peak month end reporting periods. This will require working on
a Saturday morning when the month end falls on a weekend.

To support our Invoicing team, we are looking for an invoice and data admin with outstanding attention to details and an eye for
detail and accuracy.




We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!




The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

* Processing all supplier invoices, returns, credits, recovery's and sublet invoices, for each job.
* Accurately input data into Halo's internal systems.
* Gathering/filing and sorting information as required and within GDPR guidelines.
* Update records/spreadsheets.
* Following compliance to generate insurer and policy holder invoices.
* Invoicing work that has been conducted and submitting this for payment.

* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.
