Summary
Our client in London requires a Print & Mail Assistant to support the business. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and some experience of working in a fast paced environment.
Candidate Responsibilities:
• Interact with customer’s in-person, via telephone and email whilst providing the highest level of customer care.
• Process all incoming reprographic jobs efficiently and correctly following procedures.
• Perform high volume printing, finishing and other reprographic services for customers per their specification.
• Operate production printers and copiers, including setting adjustments, managing job queues, troubleshooting basic issues and place service calls for equipment repair if necessary.
• Operate print finishing equipment according to job tick instructions.
• Complete quality assurance checks.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes are processed and distributed to recipients efficiently.
Ideally you will have:
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• Good MS Office skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
