At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Line Leader to work with an important company in Wrexham.
Our client prepares chilled foods for UK retailers, chains and food services across the UK.
Shift Patterns:
● 4 on 4 off / 6 am -6pm
Pay Rates
● £12.41
As a Production Line Leader, you will need to have:

Main Purpose and Context of the Job
- To control all aspects of the line production to deliver 100% service in quality and meals. Responsible
- for the Health and Safety of staff members on their line.
- Main Responsibilities
- The efficient running of the meal assembly production line
- Ensuring that all targets are met, and specifications and procedures are followed.
- Ensuring minimum line downtime is achieved through adopting a proactive approach.
Key activities:
- Health and Safety procedures and checks are carried out to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.
- Ensure all product leaving the production lines meets the agreed customer specification (CCP)
- To control and organise labour on the line , ensuring all procedures are followed
- To manage the production lines at all times to achieve plan , in full and on time
- Ensure correct materials are brought to line at correct time and used in the correct quantity
- Assist with stock rotation and control and product labelling systems
- Keep lines clean and tidy to comply with best G.M.P. practice
Key Result Areas:
- To monitor material usage ensuring no under or over weight finished product
- Ensure that the agreed labour and strike rate targets are being achieved
- Promote a working environment charged with enthusiasm
