Summary

Female Support Worker

£11.44 per hour - Elsdon Mews South Shields

Permanent Contracted hours: Full Time, Part Time

You would need to hold a UK valid driving license to be considered for this role.

This role would be a minimum contract of 26 hours a week covering all shift patterns.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role may include shift working, including evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends. Sleepovers will include an allowance.

A typical shift would be between the hours of 8am - 9pm. All shifts are 13 hour shifts min 2 shifts per week.

About the role

Here at Elsdon Mews we support 6 adults with learning disabilities in their own home and provide the necessary support for them to live an independent and full life.

As a Support Worker you will assist people with daily living tasks which may include, domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication and meal preparation.

We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.

Real Life Options is a registered charity currently going through a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Support Workers who really want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support.

The role

You must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to better enable the people we support.

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.

A DBS is required for this role.
