Summary

Laundry Assistant Location: Langford View Care Home, Bicester, Oxfordshire Pay rate: £12.13 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available) Contracted hours: 29 hours per week Shift pattern: Various shifts including working alternate weekends ABOUT OUR ROLE As a Laundry Assistant you’ll be responsible for providing a laundry service for our residents; this includes the operation of commercial washing, drying and finishing machinery. You’ll ensure the laundry area is safe, clean and tidy at all times and that all laundry is processed in an efficient and timely manner. Some of our residents love to join in with simple laundry tasks, so you may sometimes find that you have extra help as you carry out your daily routines. Langford View is a 60 bed Care Home situated in Bicester. The home offers residential, nursing, early-stage dementia and respite care in a comfortable, homely
