About the job?

As the Ticket Office Supervisor, you will undertake every aspect of this role for Oxford Station. This includes maintaining cash handling, all clerical duties in relation to this position, supporting a team of Customer Sales Advisors and ensuring that the highest standards are met by following company processes and procedures.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Providing the highest level of customer service and being proactive to customer needs

-Ensuring that all accountancy and other documentation are completed with accuracy

-Leading, coaching and briefing the sales office team to deliver accurate and impartial ticket retailing and great customer service

-Ensuring the operation of the self-service ticket machines, including routine maintenance, cleaning and basic fault finding.

You'll need to be:

-Able to deliver exceptional front line customer service

-Able to understand customer requirements and expectations

-A self-motivated individual with a can do attitude

-Able to work under pressure

-Able to lead a team

-Confident when decision making.

As a minimum, you will need to have:

-Evidence of leading a team

-Cash handling experience

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Attention to detail

-Customer Service experience

-Evidence of numerical ability

Working pattern?

This role involves working shifts including weekends and Bank holidays.

Applicants will be invited to undertake a situational judgement test (SJT). Those who successfully pass the SJT will be short listed, and those who are successful at that stage are then invited to a competency based interview.
