Alcedo Care are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Supervisor.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO THEIR OWN VEHICLE – NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT TYPE – MUST BE AVAILBLE FOR EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
You will be responsible for:
• Undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field
• Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks
• Customer service reviews
• Assisting with completing carers and clients’ weekly rotas helping with business development
• Supervising care services
• Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures
• On Call Duties – On a rota basis shared with other office members
• Deliver high quality care to our customers
Job Description:
• Must have flexible availability to work out in the field, along with office days. Ratio split 16 hours per week in the office and the remaining hours out in the field
• To work in line with the company’s mission, vision, values
• To work with and alongside our other Team Leaders
• To develop an effective working relationship with our Care Manager, Care Assessor & Care Coordinator
• To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up to date
• Be proactive in becoming a Dementia Friend and promoting this amongst others
• Monitor care workers and evaluate their performance
• Evaluate standards of care competence across the workforce highlighting areas that require development
What we require:
• 6 months care experience is required at a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care
• You must be compassionate and caring
• Will always represent Alcedo Care in a professional and dedicated manner
• Can communicate well
• Is computer literate
• Is hardworking and flexible
• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
