Summary

We're currently seeking a Project Construction Manager to join our team.

Within this role, you will oversee the planning of current and new projects; ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your primary responsibilites will include project budgeting, organisation, implementation and scheduling.

As the Construction Manager, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution. With your keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, you will ensure that all construction activities adhere to the established timeline and budget set.
Your project management skills will be critical in coordinating resources, resolving issues, and delivering successful completion of our construction projects.

Responsibilites;
- A daily over sight of projects for a medium sized construction company.
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Advanced understanding of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expert understanding of building materials, drawings, construction details and applicable rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and direct employees and subcontractors.
- Capability to plan and view the "big picture".
- Review work progress daily.
- Review the project in detail to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Meet the guidelines specified in the contract.
- Prepare external and internal reports regarding job status.
