Summary

You will be working in the Ashbourne area. You will be responsible for helping patients remain as independent as possible and for catering to their likes and dislikes. This includes proactively meeting service users’ wants and needs.
Duties include:
- Following personal care plans
- Maintaining health and safety standards and complying with requirements of the home
- General housekeeping and domestic duties
- Reporting condition updates and recording fluid intakes
- Helping patients remain as independent as possible and catering to their likes and dislikes
- Assisting with daily living activities including morning and night-time routines
- Working alongside support workers and care works to provide a complex care package tailored to individual needs
- Toileting/bed bathing and strip washing the service users

- An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
- Up to date mandatory training
- Full up-to-date CV with employment history
- At least 6 months experience within a UK Care setting
- Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.
Moving and handling Certificate dated within the last 12 months

We have a variety of shifts available:
07:00 to 14:30
14:30 to 22:00
Across the whole week
£11.44 per hour for day shifts, rising to £13.86 per hour after 7pm
