Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will need to maintain and oversee any kitchen section to the required standards of the Head Chef. Preparing specific food items at the station, and assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required. Mentoring and training any Commis Chefs and monitoring portion and waste control.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in a 3 or 4 star hotel.
Experience in banqueting department is essential. You must be able to demonstrate your interest in food and have a passion for consistently achieving to their full potential. • Follows HACCP controls effectively and efficiently
• 40 hours per week - 5 days over 7
• NVQ level 2 preferred but not essential
• Level 2 Food Safety preferred but not essential
