As a Master of your Craft you will…
- Ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings.
- Focus on checking public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the public area staff.
- Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
- Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
- Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.

As our Public Area Supervisor, you will receive:
