What you'll be doing...

You will play a key role in supporting our in-house recruitment team in the delivery of all project activity in relation to our brand new ATS system. This role will also support with day-to-day Recruitment activity, working closely with the Recruitment Advisor to provide support with the full 360 recruitment of our Head Office vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge on our sleek new system from implementation through to testing and training
  • Empower managers across the board with the new Applicant Tracking System's (ATS) game-changing capabilities
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring best practice at every stage
  • Navigate the full 360-degree journey for our new head office colleagues
  • Track metrics making data lead decisions at every turn
  • Provide support to our Recruitment Administrator across the helpdesk responding to both telephone and email enquiries

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy across the board
  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident and Proficient in the use of Microsoft office: High level experience in Excel, enabling effective data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a very good telephone manner
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers,
  • Time Management: Effective prioritisation and organisation of tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of recruitment initiatives
  • Recruitment experience isn't essential, but having worked in a customer facing role with the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to candidates.
