Summary

We’re seeking a pro-active and pragmatic HR enthusiast to join our People team here at AXA. We're on a journey to drive our People Strategy and agenda by coaching and challenging our leaders in their thinking and ways of working. This is a great opportunity for a Project Consultant looking for their next step, facilitating the successful delivery of projects that support and drive transformation set out in strategic people plans.
Working closely with the Strategic People Partners and stakeholders, you’ll conduct research, collect and analyse data to identify issues, provide advice, and work with the team to develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions. You’ll use your experience of project management and data insights to solve business problems that have measurable impact and add commercial value.

What you’ll be doing:

Work alongside Strategic People Partners and People Projects and Transformation Lead to scope and manage project delivery.
Support, design and deliver People projects/ innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and value add to the business and our customers.
Responsible for effective project controls and procedures within given initiatives.
Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organisation.
Regular feedback on progress, milestones and blockers to success to the Strategic People Partners, People Projects and Transformation Lead and key stakeholders so they're fully engaged in outcomes and progression of projects.
Produce and deliver presentation packs and business cases for key stakeholders to support projects.
Deliver project communications. For example, training managers on delivery of communications for change related initiatives, ensuring quality/ consistency of messaging.
Provide expert advice and guidance on People policies, processes and procedures relating to project delivery.
Analyse and report on HR MI, providing solutions and strategies so metrics are being met and shortfalls are addressed (e.g. turnover, headcount, discipline and grievance, performance management, absence, reward).
