Summary
Your new company
Hays are partnered with a national social care organisation that provide support to adults with a range of disabilities. We provide temporary Support Workers to this organisation when their permanent staff are on annual leave or on training. We are looking for some more members of staff to join the bank team!
Your new role
As a Support Worker, you will be required to provide everyday life support to vulnerable individuals, in a small residential setting. This will involve all aspects of personal care, emotional care and support, promoting independence, assisting and mealtimes and assisting with activities in the community.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience working in Social Care in the UK.
This role is based on the outskirts of Colchester where there are limited public transport links therefore you must be able to drive (or get lifts) for this role.
