Your new company is a custom software business that specialises in developing business efficiency, productivity and providing its clients with a competitive advantage by resolving their issues in a specific and streamlined manner.
They provide services around software development such as CRM systems and module apps, including trading platforms. They also operate in the UI/UX design space, this involves but is not limited to interactive and visual design.
Your new role
As the Compliance Officer for the UK you will get the chance to take full ownership of Compliance from a UK perspective. This will primarily involve financial crime compliance but will have access to other areas such as data protection as well.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within an FCA regulated business.
- SM16 oversight.
- SMF Money laundering qualification.
- Data protection experience.
