Start date: Monday 1st July 2024 We are looking for someone who works well on their own, but also works well in a team. Someone who is organised, works well under pressure, has a calm demeanour, with a ‘can do’ attitude. We encourage external learning and the development of additional skills.
If this, is you, you will also need:
• Grade C or above in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, with a firm grasp of spelling and grammar.
• Knowledge / experience of using MIS / Finance systems eg Access / Arbor would be beneficial.
• Good working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, emails, Teams etc) essential
• A calm, confident telephone manner is essential in this busy school office.
• A flexible approach to working on your own and within a team is essential.
• The ability to work to tight timescales and support colleagues with workload is essential.
• An understanding of school office processes and procedures would be beneficial.
• A calm, patient nature with young children, approachable and empathetic to their needs.
