We are looking for an Apprentice Pay and Benefits Administrator to drive the standard in customer care. To maintain the highest standards of safety, and to meet all legislative and corporate standards. You’ll demonstrate TrustFord’s Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects. The successful candidate will be working towards a recognised industry qualification.

Duties will include:

Scanning P45’s and other forms necessary and uploading onto system
Opening, scanning, and distributing post
CoreHR Inbox
Checking other team members data input
Franking outgoing mail
Producing and sending out copy payslips
Reference Requests
Sending out overpayment letters
Assisting with payroll input
Running ad-hoc reports from the Payroll software when requested
Answering incoming phone calls
Check the changes made by HR team on Payroll software
Assist with bringing new starters onto Payroll
Learning all areas of Payroll
Attend offsite meetings

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
