Do you have the ability to listen to and learn from your colleagues, whilst gaining the skills to diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard?
If you feel confident in committing to a structured and comprehensive apprenticeship, which will include attendance at a nominated Ford College for block placements, please apply online.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
