Our long–standing client are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful applicant ideally will have experience in a motorhome, caravan, or car environment and be able to deliver a high standard of service.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include:
Ensuring a fluid transition of parts coming in and out of a bustling goods inwards department
Parts Reception and general administration duties
Answering telephone calls / transferring calls / taking messages
Identification, ordering and allocating of parts required for our internal workshop and front counter customers
Sorting incoming/outgoing mail
Keeping other members updated with parts orders
Performing any other ad hock tasks, such as stock taking, parts allocating and general cleansing of stock as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of the department
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Parts Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
Excellent verbal communication skills - has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers
Stability under pressure - reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks
Able to work as part of a team
Able to adapt to the companies needs in the way we deliver our service
Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
