Summary
Beautiful & historic Lympne Castle has immediate full time, permanent employment openings for Front of House staff in the fun servant roles of Waitstaff and Bartenders (servers/ wait staff/ bar staff). Team members will have the opportunity to showcase their talents in retail outlets such as our Medieval Bar as well as at fun and prestigious, public and private, events.
We are serious about top notch guest experiences, and we are serious about fun.
This is a 7-day /week hospitality operation. As such, weekend and evening work will be required.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role as it involves the sale of alcohol.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed;
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset;
Interest in history and the arts is a plus.
