Summary

Protocol Education are looking to recruit an experienced English teacher to join a specialist Secondary School in Thurrock.

You will be joining an incredible team that predominantly work with students who have Social, Emotional, or Mental Health Needs, many of whom have come from toxic or distressed backgrounds. Therefore, experience or qualifications within special educational needs is preferred- but not essential!

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced teacher who wants to develop their practice engaging KS3 and KS4 children in more dynamic learning. You will need to demonstrate the highest quality of teaching, learning and assessment, inspiring our students and sharing your passion for learning.

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important. Being able to work in a team of other professionals is also an integral part of this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
