With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a gas engineer.
Day to day for gas engineer:
• Gas Engineer carrying out varied works Planned preventative and reactive works covering, service (CP12's), repair, and installation of Gas appliances in a RANGE of Domestic properties and buildings.

Qualifications needed for gas engineer:
• CCN1 - Core Domestic Gas Safety, including CPA1 (Combustion Performance Analysis)
• CENWAT - Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
• CKR1 - Cookers*
• HTR1 - Space Heaters (including Gas Fires and Wall Heaters).
• G3 Unvented
• HEAT PUMP BPEC Quals would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have social housing, domestic, void, council or housing association experience that is a gas engineer.
Candidates will have previous experience of working within the gas industry and will hold a current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1 and Level 3 NVQ or equivalent City and Guilds. Additional experience with domestic plumbing, asbestos awareness, DAH1 would be advantageous, however is not essential.
